We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Client Servicing Manager with 3–4 years of
experience in managing direct brands and digital media agencies. The ideal candidate should have
a solid understanding of mobile advertising, the programmatic ecosystem, and attribution
tracking using industry-standard tools. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on
execution to manage day-to-day client relationships, ensure campaign success, and contribute to
long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for digital media agencies and direct clients, ensuring
high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Understand client objectives and translate them into successful mobile advertising and
programmatic strategies.

Coordinate with internal trading, operations, and business development teams to execute and
optimize campaigns effectively.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance; provide regular reporting and actionable insights
to clients.

Set up and troubleshoot tracking through MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Branch), ensuring proper
attribution and data accuracy.

Manage and support programmatic deals across platforms like PubMatic, Equativ, The Trade
Desk, and Google Ad Manager (GAM).

Contribute to the creation of media plans, pitch decks, and performance reviews.

Stay updated with industry trends, client business landscapes, and ad tech innovations.
Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in digital media client servicing, preferably with
exposure to both brand and agency-side operations.

Strong understanding of mobile advertising, in-app campaigns, and
programmatic media buying.

In-depth knowledge of MMPs like Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust,
etc., and how mobile attribution works.

Working knowledge of programmatic platforms and deals on PubMatic,
Equativ, The Trade Desk,
and GAM is preferred.

Ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail and
timelines.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
